- Solar panel assembly and inspection: Automated assembly lines complete sorting, series welding, lamination, and frame installation, with online inspection to remove defective products.
- Controller and circuit module assembly: The SMT production line enables high-speed surface mount technology (SMT) placement and soldering. Automated testing ensures functions such as charge and discharge protection and power tracking, with a pass rate exceeding 99%.
- Battery integration: Automatically complete selection, matching, and welding, intelligently detect parameters such as capacity and lifespan, and ensure compatibility. Shell manufacturing: ABS shells are produced by fully automatic injection molding machines, with a single mold cycle of ≤30 seconds. The aluminum alloy/stainless steel casing is processed automatically and treated with robot surface treatment to ensure water resistance and corrosion resistance.
- The assembly of the entire lamp: The mechanical arm completes the precise connection and fixation, and the key processes are operated by robots to ensure sealing and durability. Full-process traceability: Equipped with the MES system, it collects data in real time to achieve full life cycle traceability. Environmental testing: Integrated automated equipment is used for high and low temperature, rain and other tests, with a pass rate exceeding 98%.
- The automatic production line achieves efficient and high-quality manufacturing through automation, intelligence and standardization, taking into account both large-scale mass production and flexible customization, and supporting product stability, cost control and market response.
